2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Each user may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. VIP Levels & Commission

Commission rates are determined by your VIP level, which is unlocked by the deposit thresholds displayed on the VIP Levels page. Completing orders credits commission to your wallet in real time. SPARK reserves the right to adjust rates and thresholds with prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited after network confirmation. Withdrawals are processed to your verified USDT wallet address. Ensure your address is correct — transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed once broadcast.

5. Prohibited Activity

Fraud, use of automated bots, multiple accounts, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate order allocation is strictly forbidden and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
